Core Tools.

A Quality Management System based on ISO 9001: 2015, demonstrates to its customers that your company is committed to your satisfaction and to continuous improvement of it.

The Quality Management System that Seven Quality offers, is directed to any organization that wants to implement (and has already implemented and simply wants to improve it) a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001: 2015.

Seven Quality's team of consultants and quality auditors has more than 10 years of experience in auditing and maintaining the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001, in a way that ensures compliance with the objectives set by the standard and its customers.

Core Tools is a set of tools mainly used in the automotive sector and are also known as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, CEP and MSA. These tools are processes developed jointly with leading automakers to design, develop, prevent, measure, control, record, analyze and approve quality products and services that meet customer needs and expectations. These tools are requirements of the technical specifications.

FMEA - Analysis of Failure Modes and their Effects

It provides tools for risk analysis in products or new processes, great modifications in process or specifications, functional processes la-yout changes. At first, the FMEA is in charge of analyzing the possible risks of product and process failure. The approach is methodological, based on cause and e-diagrams, evaluation criteria, etc.

PPAP 4th Edition - Production Parts Approval Process

The purpose of PPAP is to ensure that all client engineering records and specifications are understood clearly. Although similar to APQP, its focus is on approving a product that has already gone through the APQP process.

APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning

Advanced product planning is a methodology that must follow the manufacturer or the supplier to reach a finished product. It is very important in complex projects, since the methodology greatly facilitates communication between the parties involved, be it between internal departments of a company or customers and suppliers.

MSA 4th Edition - Analysis of the Measurement System

The Analysis of the Measurement System is basically divided into two parts: the one that a-whips the methodological part of a laboratory of measurements and calibrations and the one that is in charge of the statistics to assure the quality of the results of the measurements. MSA unifies criteria on the way in which a measurement system is accepted or released, focusing mainly on the studies and control of the variability of measurement systems and their relationship with production processes. Among the most common terms of the MSA is GR & R, which is basically a statistical tool that quantifies the variability of the measurement system, its sources, and its relation to the variability of the production process.

CEP - Statistical Process Control

CEP is simply statistical process control with a well-defined orientation in relation to automotive processes. It is related to MSA primarily in long-term capability studies. In fact, this topic can be replaced by any statistical quality control, but its status issued by the AIAG makes it practically normative.
